Return Window

Customers can return most items purchased from BEPiTECH within 15 days of receipt of shipment. This allows you ample time to inspect and test your product.

Conditions for Returns

  • In the original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories and documentation
  • Undamaged and unused

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Securely package the item for return shipment
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided by our team

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items
